With the songs from Bulgaria and Georgia the list of the 43 entries for Eurovision is completed.
The Bulgarian public entity BNT announced today the theme that the Equinox group will perform at the next Eurovision Festival. "Bones" is the theme with which they will go on stage at the Altice Arena in May. The authors and composers of the subject are already known and have also worked on other songs participating in Eurovision. This is Symphonix International, composers also of the Austrian theme of this year 2018, "Nobody but you", which will be interpreted by Cesár Sampson. In addition, they have worked with Bulgarian themes in 2011, 2016 and 2017; as well as Serbia and Macedonia in 2017. Equinox will take over from Kristian Kostov, who represented this country in the last edition held in Kiev, getting the second position with the theme "Beautiful mess".
On the other hand, the entry of Georgia is now available too. The ethnic jazz group will perform the song For you. It is the first time that the country will do it in their language. Sheni gulistvis is the title in Georgian of the song of Iriao.

It's the 4th day of rehearsal, but still the first day for many delefations step into the Globe and run their first experience on stage. 8 countries will be today in the arena.
Slovenia started with their happy song red and blue. The stage is strong in red and blue colours. ManuElla is flirting a lot with the camera and the audience at home. Only the pole dancer at the end didn't work during the first rehearsal. For sure that the slovenian delegation will work on that.
The next country was the favorite Bulgaria. The staging is powerfull, the performance simple but very good. The dance moves are supported by a multiplied dancer on the screens. And for sure there is also some good old eurovision features with pieces of the clothes lighting up at the end. Anyhow it looks modern a quite cool. And Bulgaria is one of the less countries showing the background singers, even being at the end, they don't hide them, like all the other countries.
Denmark needed three starts to be able to run the first of the rehearsals. There were sound issues with one of the singers. Denmark's staging stays like at the national final. Simple. It fits to the three guys and to the song. So let's see how the voting will be for Denmark. Being so simple it is already outstanding again comparing with a lot of other participations this year.
Ukraine is always doing good at eurovision an also this year they are back with a strong singer and song. There were a lot of discussions before including Russia sending complaints to the EBU. Now Jamala is now on stage and there was no doubt about the good vocal performance of her. The doubt, if there was any, was about the staging... This colourful and creative backgrounds of the stage brought a spontaneous and loud applaus in the press center.
The Icebreaker from Norway is in the row of the basic lighting show on stage. Just one dancer, thats it. The song, which seams like being two songs in one, due to the two different tempos, works well on that stage. Playing a bit with smoke and air fountains. The singer is working very well with the cameras and once again Norway is on his way to the final.
Maybe the surprise of the day was Georgia, maybe because the expectation was so low, maybe because they just did well. A rock song with crazy screen sharing views and colourful lightnings. Every year there is a kind of freaky or crazy performance, which is a kind of "must" in the final. Maybe it is Georgia getting this role this year.
Albania is always one of the first countries choosing the song. This year it was almost the last one to be on stage for the rehearsal. One more of the simple performances using lights, noraml effects. Let's see if the fairytale will continue.
Belgium sends a uptempo song to eurovision. Not being one of the favorites of this year the Laura Team did a really good job preparing a good performance. So not about playing with to many special effects, just about using good old stuff to get points. Let's see how it works.
So now all semi final countries have been known. And once again it will be a diverse performance and song combination... thats what Eurovision is about.

Specially created for the project Antarctica - "Message of end of the world to the people of the world of tomorrow", the song "Ima smisŭl" is inspired by travel books Lyudmila Filipova "Journey to the End of the World/Pŭtuvane do kraya na sveta“.
On the eve of Christmas, Miro put hit song in the time capsule for the next 50 years with a message of today's people to the people of the world of tomorrow, into the Bulgarian church "St. Ivan Rilski in the island of Livinstan (base of the Bulgarian Antarctic Institute).
"Ima smisŭl" is inside the capsule and will not be used for commercial purposes but may be joined in the upcoming album "Messiah," but surely revised for this purpose.

The 13th edition of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 will take place in Arena Armeec in Sofia, Bulgaria, next saturday. This will be the first time that the Bulgarian national broadcaster, Bulgarian National Television (BNT), are organising an Eurovision event after reaching the second place last year in the junior contest.
Seventeen countries will participate, with Australia and Ireland making their debut at the 2015 contest. Albania and Macedonia will return while Croatia and Cyprus withdraws. Sweden, the winner of the senior Song Contest this year, will be withdrawing for the first time since 2008.
Participants and running order:
Georgia, Malta and Slovenia seemed to be the favourite to win.
Norway: an internal product
Last week, Universal Music Group released the CD containing all the songs of Junior ESC. Interesting fact is that the CD from the Melodi Grand Prix Junior from Norway is number 4 in the official Album Charts of the scandinavian country.
The Melodi Grand Prix Junior was the anual event and format used to select the entry for Junior Eurovision when Norway took part on it Between 2003 and 2005, before NRK decided to withdraw from the contest.
Also interesting is the fact that MARCUS & MARTINUS, the winners of MGP Junior from 2012 hitted the album charts at number 1. Definitely, Norway adopted the supposed national final of Junior for internal consumption.
Bulgaria placed second last year and Italy was the previous winner.
