1. A trio for a lot points! - Bosnia & Herzegovina presented the song

In december the artist for the entree of Bosnia & Herzegovina were announced. We had the chance to speak exclusive to one of the artists - Dalal - and speak about Eurovision 2016. Here you can read the interview

This week the broadcaster presented the song of the three singers and the musician. It will be sang in mother tongue and will have a RAP part.

2. Will it finally be this time? - Iceland's choice

Iceland still is the scandinavian country without a victory in the contest. After Finland's victory in 2006 the small island tries to make it too.

There were already some years were Iceland have been close to it. But also other years.

This year the artis will be Greta Salome and her performance looks like a mix out of Loreen and Mans. Perhaps it will help to make it this time.

3. Let's do it again! - Bulgaria sends a return

An other of the countries wishing for and dreaming of a victory is Bulgaria. Since 2005 there have just been one top 10 ranking. In the other years there have been top 20 rankings.

After two years missing the contest Bulgaria is returning to Stockholm and sending an experienced artist. Poli Genova participated in Dusseldorf 2011 and is the internal selection of the broadcaster.

But this year it was a surprise that Malta decided to think about the possibility to change the song!

The Christmas song of Hera Bjork and Chiara

Posted by Eurovision On Top on December 18, 2015 at 1:50 PM Comments comments (0)

Since their cover of Dolly Parton's "9 to 5", Eurovision stars Chiara Siracusa and Hera Björk have been performing solo, Chiara in various venues in Europe and Hera Björk in Chile following up on her 2013 win in the Viña del Mar song contest.

This summer Hera Björk moved back to Iceland and the Two Divas were reunited in Iceland in the last couple of days of November for Hera Björk's X-mas concert, where they performed their version of "The Christmas Song" by Robert Wells and Mel Tormé.

Two years ago, 9 to 5 performed by the two Divas peaked place number 9 at #EOT Top 20.

Will this new duet be the #EOT Christmas number 1?

ESC 2015 artists: new songs of Maria, Nadav and Melanie

Posted by Pedro.Eurovisionontop on October 12, 2015 at 1:00 AM Comments comments (0)

Also this week we proudly present three new songs of eurovision participants of Vienna.

Linking to the objective of our site we look on what the artists do after Eurovision. Most of them follow their passion of music and work on new songs.

Not each one of this songs makes it to the national charts and not everyone of this song have a official music video clip.

For our work and the the target of our site the only important fact is the musical work, which we want to share with you.

We invite you to have a look on the following songs of very talented musical artists of his year.

Maria Olafs (Olafsdottir) - "Dancing in the storm"

Maria was one of the talented shy artists in Vienna. With her clear and nice song she won the national final of Iceland and made a good performance on stage. Even not making it to the final Maria showed to Europe her talent. With this song Maria once again brings a nice song to the world. Perhaps she will do it this time into the top of our charts. If you like you can vote and help that happen.

Nadav Guedj - "Good vibes"

Mr. good vibes of the Grand Final released a song with the same titel. With the ticket for the grand final the kind of shy, modern and sympathic young boy of Tel Aviv made his home country already very proud. With the 9th place on the final score board Nadav the made a big surprise, first of all of him. His song was a good vibes song at Eurovision and this sunnyboy image keeps also in the new song. Once again Nadav bring with his songs good vibes.

Melanie Rene - "On avait rêvé"

At Eurovision she didn't convince the public and missed the grand final in Vienna. The new single of Melanie is in french. Just listen to it and decide of if this now time to shine for Melanie with the new song anf get your douze points.
