On February 8, 2015, TV-Channel "Russia 1" started airing the 3rd season of "Odin v Odin" (One to One), the Russian version of the worldwide famous TV Show "Your Face Sounds Familiar".

The shows are broadcast every Sunday from 3pm (Moscow time) / 1pm CET. It can be followed all over the world by clicking on the links below:

And we must follow this show because we have two strong reasons to do that. The third season of the Russian edition has two extremely familiar faces for all of us: Alexander Rybak, winner of the ESC 2009, and the Diva from Belarus, Angelica Agurbash.

As of March 1, 2015, Alexander and Angelica are doing extremely well on the show being both in the top 5 of the overall ranking (out of the 10 participants). Agurbash is at the 3rd place and Rybak at 5th (last week were both in the top 3).

Here is Alexander Rybak , winner of the ESC 2009, in the skin of the previous winner of the same contest, Dima Bilan.

We remind you that this show began in Spain on September 2011 and since then it has been adapted by countries all over the world and since the very beginning several Eurovision artists have been involved.

Recall our article about it that was posted online on June 2013.

Second semifinal - part 4

Belarus

Interesting performance and very different from what they use to present. Very American this time! The Cheesecake performance is very well done, the song is not difficult to sing but because the other ex-soviet nations are in the first semi, Belarus has the risk of staying in this final. We'll see!

Switzerland

Very well done Switzerland! The song has it all: humour, good performance, whistles and violins! The only bad things is that SebAlter looks sometimes not that natural as he should! But he can fix it! It is a very complete performance!

Macedonia

Unfortnally, Macedonia will stay out from  the final. A simple reason: the others are better!  The choreography is very simple, Tijana is perfect while singing but this is a performance that won't cause a big impact in the viewers.

Has Belarus decided?

If Belarus don't change the song or the artist, the winner of tonight National Final, TEO  with the song Cheesecake, will fly the Belarusian flag to the Danish capital.

We have to wait untill April to see what is going to happen!!

First song for 2013 chosen

Posted by Eurovision On Top on December 7, 2012 at 6:35 PM Comments comments (0)

Belarus decided tonight the entry for 2013.  Like in the last edition, Alyona Lanskaya win again the Eurofest competition. Last year she was disqualified and replaced by Litesound. This time, the song is called Rhythm of Love!

Probably we will have wait for the next months to confirm if this is the final decision of Belarus.

BTRC, the Belarussian national broadcaster, has announced on its website that boyband Litesound will be representing Belarus at the forthcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Baku. Hence Alena Lanskaya will not fly to Baku.
